What a lucky break- he patiently listened to our request, understood our aims, drew a perfect picture and executed the works professionally and efficiently, this particular job required a knowledge of structural stability for safety reasons We then asked him to return and complete another job. Again it was of the same excellent standard, and as we were not there at the time he forwarded pictures of the job as it progressed. Yes we would definitely use him again- brilliant work.

From providing the quote, Gary came over a number and of times to measure up & survey the installation area & consulted with us the whole way through, sending progress photos & keeping us up to date. Once the railings were installed, Gary noticed his measurements were a few mm out on one section & he came back the next day to rectify. Gary’s attention to detail, customer service & workmanship is second to none. He made such a fantastic job, our neighbour has booked him to make a set of railings & we have received no end of compliments from passers by, the railings really are the finishing touch to our house. Alice Burnfield2021-10-16We booked Gary for our upper terrace and balcony railings, plus two stairways, in our listed house in Hampshire. We had very specific ideas - we wanted the railings to look like they had always been there and to compliment the existing Gothic inspired windows. From the moment we met Gary we knew we were in very safe hands. He is extremely skilled and knowledgable, filling us with reassurance straight away, as well as being very kind and friendly. He created the bespoke railings and staircases for us inspired by some photos we showed him of railings in old properties that we liked. He captured the design perfectly. We could not be happier with the result. It was a very big job and he kept us updated with his progress in making and designing the railings throughout - communication was always brilliant - and when it came to install he was contentious, hard working and tidy. He then kept in touch with us after the install and came back to check the railings after they had settled, and touched up small sections of the paint that was needed (our railings were quite intricate so this was normal). All with a big smile on his face. We cannot recommend him enough.
